

Born on September 29, 1949, in Chicago, Illinois, Tommy was one of five beloved children of Thomas and Marion Sullivan. He proudly served in the United States Army during Vietnam and remained deeply patriotic throughout his life.
In 1984, Tom married Kathleen “Kathy” Sullivan (née Greene), and together they built a loving home in Des Plaines, Illinois. He was a devoted husband and father to their three children: Sean, Shannon, and Steven.
Tom was blessed with two grandchildren, Lucas and Eli Sullivan, through his son Sean and daughter-in-law Krystal Sullivan (née Kelham). He cherished his role as Grandpa and found great joy in spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Kathy; his children, Sean (and Krystal), Shannon, and Steven; his grandchildren, Lucas and Eli; his sisters, Maureen (and Charles Boland) and Kathy (and Rick Glenn); as well as a long list of cousins, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Marion Sullivan, and his siblings, Patrick “Pat” Sullivan and Margaret “Peggy” Sullivan.
Tom will be remembered for his sense of humor, big heart, and unwavering devotion to those he loved. He had a gift for making people feel welcome, a talent for telling stories, and a smile that made any room warmer.
He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who had the joy of knowing him.
