My scream "NO!" still echoes to the heavens when I heard this tragic news.  Bill was indeed a Troubador to many, in happy and particularly in relentless times.  I count him as my brother who is now a part of the greater cloud of witnesses continuing to cheer us on.

I only knew Bill for a short time and unfortunately never had the pleasure of meeting him as he was promoted shortly after I started with Holiday. However, through his phone calls and words of wisdom he became a wonderful mentor and trusted advisor.

I only had the pleasure of working with Bill for about 1 month, but I can tell you in that one month I highly respected him and really enjoyed his management style.  You could easily tell that he was an upstanding guy with a high level of integrity and a heart of gold.  He will be greatly missed here at Holiday Retirement. We enjoyed getting to know him over the past few months and will miss the calm approach he took in the midst of a problem.
