He died Friday, July 17, 2015 at Midwest Palliative Hospice CareCenter in Glenview, Illinois.Before retiring Mr. Roscoe was owner of Gatsby's Pub, Flanagans Irish Pub, Timbuk-Tu Emporium and Duffy's Pub. He was a member of Safari Club International. Bill served in the Marine Corps during the Vietnam War.He is survived by his children Kimberly and Mark W.
