William Brendan Smith

William (Bill) Brendan Smith, 63 of Arlington Heights was born October 10, 1961 in Chicago to the late Gilbert and Patricia (nee Slomski) Smith and passed away August 1, 2025. Bill was a devoted and beloved husband to Debbie (nee Dudek); loving father of Alex (Steven), Billy (Karli), and Annie (Jason); dear brother of Nora, Mary (Rich), Peggy (Pat), Eileen (Benny) and Jennifer (Matt), and a wonderful “Uncle Billy” to many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Bill never met a stranger and had countless friends that he loved spending time with. He was always happy to give someone a ride any time any place. He enjoyed taking his kids, nieces and nephews swimming, sledding, bike riding, and on many other adventures. He will be missed by many

A visitation for William will be held Monday, August 11, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Lauterburg & Oehler Funeral Home, 2000 East Northwest Highway, Arlington Heights, IL 60004. A visitation will occur Tuesday, August 12, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Our Lady of the Wayside Catholic Church, 434 W Park St, Arlington Heights, IL 60005; followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of the Wayside Catholic Church.
