Yamile Reina was born on January 16, 1942, in Cucuta, Colombia to Luis F. and Ana D. (nee Villamizar) Guerrero. She died Monday, September 27, 2021.

Yamile is survived by her daughters Yamile (Jalloul Ali Ayadi) Reina, Jr., Margarita (Kevin Abshire) Reina; her grandchildren Camilo Ali Ayadi, Elias Andres Ayadi, Sofia Abshire, Lucas Abshire, Mateo Abshire; her niece, Carolina Guerrero; and by her sister, Nora Margarita Guerrero.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Miriam Guerrero, and by her parents.

Memorial visitation, Sunday, October 17, 2021, from 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm, at Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, Illinois, and Monday, October 18, 2021, at Our Lady of the Wayside Catholic Church, 440 South Mitchell Avenue, Arlington Heights, Illinois from 10:00 AM until the time of Mass at 11:00 AM.
