Frances was born on August 8, 1937 in Lufkin, Texas to John Franklin and Lena Vell Obanion. She was a fun and caring lady who had a super outgoing personality. She always treated others with respect and was a likeable person - but at the same time, not afraid to speak her mind. Frances loved to get her hair done, dress up in her finest outfits and loved her jewelry. She always took pride in her appearance.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Wayne Bardwell, Sr.; and her brother, Charles Obanion.
She is survived by her son, Paul Wayne Bardwell, Jr.; brother, Doug Obanion; nieces and nephews, Patrick, Brit, Donnie, Kelly, Michael, Bobby and Sheila; and sisters-in-law, Sue Obanion and Sharon Obanion.
A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
