Juanita Lynyette Sewell

Juanita graduated from Harding High School in Warren, Ohio and then completed her certification in health care from Always Best Care. She worked for the Mansfield ISD assisting in the food service department for the district.

Juanita had a soft and caring heart and a creative mind. She loved expressing herself through interior decorating and cooking. Juanita found the simple things in life to bring the most joy and she cherished the time she spent with her family and friends.

Juanita is survived by her parents John and Ruth Sewell; children Trevaughn Armstrong, De’Andre Sewell, Terajah Sewell, and Karjon Sewell; siblings Teresa Battle, Clishawn Sewell, John Frost, John Fortson, Martice Fortson, Tessa Champ and her husband Jesse.

A celebration of Juanita’s life will be held at 2:00pm on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at Moore Bowen Road Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 Noon until the time of service.
