Dear Hazen Family

It was such a great pleasure to have gotten to know Keith over the years.  Whether at the weekly softball games, the post game parties at Brad and Tonya's driveway or at another Hazen family gathering.   We always felt like we were part of an extended family.

Keith and I always liked to pick on each other and he always made you laugh.   We have so many good memories of him especially at the NASCAR races at Texas Motor Speedway.  We all know how much he loved the Earnhardts.

It is alway hard losing someone you love.  Keith was a wonderful husband, father, son and brother.  Keith, please be our guardian angel and watch over us and guide us on our journey. 

 I lost my father one year ago today and I would like to share the following poem with all of you.

For those I love, for those who love me..

When I am gone release me, let me go..I have so many things to see and do.
You musn't tie yourself to me with tears.Be happy that we had so many years
I gave you my love: You can only guess How much you gave me in happiness.
I thank you for the love you each have shown, But now it's time I traveled on alone!
      
So grieve a while for me, if grieve you must. Then let your grief be comforted by trust.  It's only for a while that we must part. So bless the memories that lie within your heart.  I won't be far away, for life goes on.  So if you need me, call and I will come.  Though you can't see me or touch me, I'll be near. And if you listen with your heart, you'll hear.. All my love around you soft and clear.

And then, when you must come this way aloneâ€¦.I'll greet you with a smile and            ........Welcome Home.

My Dearest Keith,

I already miss you so much.  You were more than a brother-in-law.  You were the precious little boy I used to baby sit.  You were the rebel young teen.  You were a wonderful twin to your big brother Scott.  You were a wonderful Uncle to my kids.  You were a TERRIFIC LOVING FATHER!  And you were my Protector, always there if I needed you!  Rest in peace.  I know Heaven is rejoicing along with Kurt and Kenny.  I love you!
