Funeral: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Moore Funeral Home-Bowen Chapel. Interment: Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Visitation: The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mark was born Oct. 19, 1956, in Pensacola, Fla., the son of Clifford and Juanita Wilkes. After serving in the Navy, Mark met his wife-to-be, his baby baby, and they married in 2003. He was a loving husband, father, son, brother and a friend to anyone who needed him. He was very proud to be called "Paw Mark" by his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Survivors: Wife, Nohemy; sons, Carlos Duke and Donovan Duke (Diane); daughter, Brenda Taylor (Greg); sister, Sandra Schulbach (Cecil); brother, Ricky Wilkes; mother, Juanita Wilkes; five grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
