Mary Jo Campbell Mitchell

Mary Jo "Mamaw" Mitchell nee., Campbell went to be with her heavenly father on April 17, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. Celebration of Life: Wednesday, April 20, 2016, 1:00p.m. at Mansfield Church of Christ, 580 Pleasant Ridge Dr. Mansfield, Texas 76063.

Mary Jo was born in Belton, Texas on May 15, 1933 to Clarance and Lottie Campbell. In 1952 she married the love of her life Raymond Lee "Mitch" Mitchell. They were married for 50 years until his death in April 2003.

Mary Jo was a lifelong member of The Church of Christ. During her life she attended, Belton Church of Christ, Randolph Mill Church of Christ, Lakeside Church of Christ and Mansfield Church of Christ. Mary Jo, always encouraged everyone to live by the Bible and trust in the Lord. She was a beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great-grandmother and friend, she will be missed by many.

Those preceding her in death are: husband Raymond Lee "Mitch" Mitchell, parents, brothers Murrah Campbell and Tom Campbell.

Those left to cherish her memory: son; Terry Mitchell, wife Kathy, daughter; Karen Yeats, husband Jerry, brother; Perry Campbell, wife Dee, grandchildren; Nicholas Mitchell, wife Maggie, Megan Koudelka, husband Craig, Rachel Grossman, husband Brian, Emily Eardley and husband Randy, great-grandchildren; Josephine, Gwendylon, Micaela, Adalynn, Campbell and Ava, nephew; Tom "Sonny" Campbell, and wife Shirley.
