Michael Dominic Rocco, second son of Anthony Paul and Angeline Elizabeth Rocco and brother to Anthony Gerard Rocco, passed away in hospice care on Saturday June 6, 2020 at approximately 8:00 PM. He was 62 and had suffered from multiple physical and psychological ailments for several years. Michael was born in southern Italy and adopted by Mr. and Mrs. Rocco when he was two and a half years old. He grew up in Arlington, Texas and attended mass at St. Maria Goretti's.
As an adult, Michael was kept under the care of Mental Health and Mental Retardation of Tarrant County. All who met Michael knew him as a friendly, sociable person who liked making friends. He was gregarious and outgoing. He liked dogs and his favorite foods were hamburgers and spaghetti.
He will be cremated and his remains spread at the Cremains Cemetery at St. Maria Goretti.
