Patsy Pharris Saylors

Patsy Ruth Saylors was born October 16, 1939, in Hillsboro, Texas, to parents Robert and Myrtle Pharris. She grew up on a farm with her brother Jerry Wayne Pharris.

Graduating from TCU with her B.S. in commerce, Patsy would go on to work at Ling-Temco-Vought (LTV) for over 30 years. When asked she would tell you these were her proudest career accomplishments.

Among Patsy's' memories, her favorites were marrying Aaron, the birth of her sons, Clay and Alex, the birth of her grandsons, Zach and Tyler and the birth of her great grandsons Grayson and Levi Saylors.

She was a member of Walnut Hill United Methodist Church for over 50 years. In her free time Patsy enjoyed reading, watching movies, and doing crossword puzzles. She loved her friends in the Arlington Women's Club, traveling and games, and most of all being with her family.

Patsy is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Aaron Saylors; her parents, Robert and Myrtle Pharris; and brother Jerry Wayne Pharris.

Patsy is survived by her sons, Allen Clay Saylors, his wife Amy Kristine Saylors, and James Alexander Saylors; grandsons, Zachary Clay Saylors and Tyler Kerry Saylors; great-grandsons, Grayson Clay Saylors and Levi Thomas Saylors.

A visitation for Patsy will be held on Thursday, May 15, 2025 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Moore Bowen Road Funeral Home, 4216 S Bowen Road, Arlington, Texas 76016. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, May 16, 2025 at 10:30AM at Moore Bowen Road Funeral Home with interment to follow at Restland Cemetery in Dallas, Texas.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
