She was born July 24, 1966 to Clarence McDonald and Evelyn Bass.
She is the cherished wife to John, daughter of Evelyn, Clarence (Cherry) beloved daughter-in-law of Kathy, sister to Mark, Tamara, Chip, Kim (Robert), Denver & Darren. Preceded in death by her brothers, Michael and Steven. Beloved cousin to Jason & Lydia, mom to Stephanie and her husband Stephen, Kyle and his wife Hillary, and David, and “Gaga” to Hadley, Hudson, Hazel, Rhett, and Ginny, and “mom” to Amber, Ashley, Autumn, Cassie, Taylor, Ryan, Katrin, Tabia, Melissa and many more and running buddy to her lab Jesse.
Sharon had so much joy and passion for her children and grandchildren. She was kind, tender, generous, patient, and full of love for all those that needed hope, second chances, and new life.
She enjoyed traveling with John, family, and great friends. She spent her days serving people and making everywhere feel like a home where people would be loved.
Her life was a shining light that reflected the goodness of God to everyone He entrusted to her care. She will be missed by all who knew her and are loved so greatly by her.
A visitation will be held for Sharon at Rush Creek Church, 2350 SW Green Oaks Blvd., Arlington, TX 76017 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Thursday, September 16, 2021 with a funeral service to follow at 3:00 PM.
