Briggs, Barbara, passed away on Wednesday, October 25, 2017. Wife of the late William T. Briggs. Funeral Services will be held Monday November 8, 2017, 11:00 AM at Arlington Forest United Methodist Church, 4701 Arlington Blvd., Arlington, VA. Entombment service will follow at National Memorial Park, 7482 Lee Hwy., Falls Church, VA 22042. In lieu of flowers, donations in Barbara's name may be made to Arlington Forest UMC, 4701 Arlington Blvd., Arlington, VA 22203.
