Betty Jean Vickers

Betty Vickers of Montgomery, West Virginia passed away quietly in Winchester, VA on June 28th, in her 94th year. Betty was the beloved wife of the late Marine Corp Master Sergeant Charles Vickers, much loved mother of Vickie Gidley of Richmond, VA, Patti Robertson, Vienna, VA, Jimmy Vickers (deceased) and Sharon Shannon, Front Royal, VA. She is the cherished grandmother of Virginia Cram and Ken Robertson. Great grandmother of Trae Cram, Aiden Cram and Chase Cram. Betty lived a full life as a wonderful mother, homemaker, and disciple of Christ. Most of all she loved and cherished her family and family traditions. She instilled in her children and grandchildren those strong values and traditions that have served them well. She will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts. A memorial service and celebration of Betty’s life will be held at Vienna Presbyterian Church in Vienna, Virginia on July 13th at 11:00 am.
