I send my condolence to the family of James Kirk Waters Jr.   May happy memories of James bring you comfort as we await the fulfillment of  Acts 24:15, which gives us hope to be reunited with our dead loved ones.

Jim was several years older than I however we both attended EJHS.  Jim was an honorable man and highly respected.  Thank you for your Service and my prayers are with your family.  On behalf of the Juniata County Veterans Council we Salute you for your service.

Jim was one of the "quiet warriors" dedicated to his profession. He was a great friend and comrade. All the BDQ Ranger Advisors will miss him. some of us a great deal.

I grew up with Jim in McAlisterville Pa.  Jim was older, but I knew him well from our Boy Scout Troop.  Jim's honorable service to our country has my deepest respect and appreciation.  Thank you Jim Waters for your service. My prayers are with your family.

Condolences to Jim's family.  He was a great source of inspiration and assistance to many young Rangers and their families and will be missed.

Ranger Jim, Sir. You will be sorely missed by my family and our community. Rest easy Sir.

Jim:  you were one hell of a fellow soldier in arms.  Dee and I enjoyed all the mutual calls.  Sorry we will not be able to honor your grave site in Arlington--my sister will come for us.  A real shock.  Hang Tight Trooper.
