Janet M. Pennington, age 67, formerly of Springfield, VA, passed away on October 27, 2018. Janet is the beloved wife of the late Meredithe F. Pennington, Sr.; Loving mother of Melinda Pennington (David Paige), Meredithe F. Pennington Jr. (Michelle), and William Pennington; Cherished grandmother of Ana Rodriguez, William Pennington, Amethyst Pennington, Briana Pennington, Victoria Pennington, Destiny Pennington, Jason Paige and Derrick Paige; Dear sister of Shar Mayne. A visitation will be held on Monday, November 19, 2018 from 11 AM to 1 PM at Murphy Funeral Home, 4510 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA 22203.
