Marguerite Dameron Albert, 86, a retired English and social studies teacher for more than 30 yrs. at George Mason High School in Falls Church, died July 9 in Arlington VA. She was the beloved wife of the late Melvin I. Albert. Marge was born in Haynesville VA to Elton R. and Louise B. Dameron. She attended Mary Washington College of the University of Virginia, graduating in 1946 with a B.A. in English. She was pre-deceased by her brother Ralph and is survived by her loving sisters Hilda Bronner, Mabel Franklin, Anne Finnegan and sister-in-law Frances Dameron; her children, Jennifer, Jane, Stephen and Lynn; and grandchildren, Stephanie, Patrick, Roland, Andrew, Reece and Natalie. Services will be held at St. Dunstan’s Episcopal Church, 1830 Kirby Rd., McLean VA 22101 on Thur. July 17 at 12:30 p.m. The family requests considering a memorial contribution to the Alzheimer’s Association at alz.org.
