Marie Bryant Snarr was born on April 12th, 1925 in Tarboro, North Carolina. She passed away peacefully on January 11th, 2023. She grew up on the family farm and went on to work in the Pentagon during World War II and beyond. While raising her son, she became an Avon Lady in Annandale, Virginia, where she lived for 60 years. Marie is preceded in death by her husband, Leo L. Snarr, siblings; Rachel, Evelyn, Thelma, Julian, Pete, and Arthur, Jr. Marie is survived by her son, John Snarr (Jane); two grandsons, AJ and Nicholas; her sisters Lydia and Carolyn and a host of family and friends. A gathering will be held Saturday, January 14th at 1PM at St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Springfield, VA. A service will follow at 2PM. A Burial will be held Sunday, January 15th at 12PM at National Memorial Park in Falls Church, VA.
