I remember Shashi from many years ago as Rashmi's little sister...she comes from a wonderful family, and my thoughts and prayers are with the Beckers during this difficult time.

Shashi was my patient; I know how much I enjoyed seeing her and how much our office staff enjoyed her as well.  We are all so sorry to hear this, and are hoping she is more comfortable now.

I am so sorry for Shashi's family and friends for the loss of such a treasured person.  Shashi was a joy to be a friend and teammate to - I learned so much from her.  She knew how to be kind, how to be strong, how to be mature, how to be smart, and how to be fun, all with a gentleness that we were lucky to be around.  I am so deeply grateful that I got to see her recently as it had been since we were teenagers before then.  She is in my heart, as well as those grieving right now.

So thankful for all of the many memories I have of Shashi through the years. I will miss her joyful, silly, and genuine spirit. Wishing peace and comfort to all of her family and friends.

Shashi was a treasured friend of our son Scott for many years.  She brought joy to all of us whenever she visited.  We'll miss her generous spirit so much.  We extend our deepest sympathy to her parents and family.  Shashi's loss is immeasurable.

I had the pleasure of becoming friends with Shashi while attending Auburn. She was a sweet, truly genuine person who was very dedicated to her friends, family, and her studies. How much I miss you, can't express in words. Day before, a white angel came down from one corner of my bedroom and softly touching on my shoulder, spoke to me in your voice 'Wake up, BK, wake up'. It was 3:30 AM and I could not sleep after.
I will miss our chess game and visiting new restaurants. I know you are at better palce and pain free, but we sure are missing you.

I had the honor to work with Shashi for a short while at the Patent and Trademark Office.
Her wonderful smile and can-do attitude will be missed.

I worked with Shashi at the Patent Office, and helped mentor her and sign her office actions.  She was so bright, sweet and genuine.  I was switched to a different area a few years ago and no longer had the privledge of working with her.  I am so saddened by the news, and send my thoughts and prayers out to you her family and friends.  Her spirit will always be in our hearts.

Last saw Shashi on a street in Bangkok, armed with her giant smile and words of encouragement. Deepest condolences to her family -- you gave the world a wonderful person.

The worst thing that can happen to a parent is the loss of a child. Shashi and Rashmi were always so sweet to my oldest son Thomas when he was growing up on Monte Sano. They treated him like a little brother. We could always depend on Shashi for a smile and a good word. Words cannot express this loss. Shashi is in the loving arms of our Lord.One day we will be reunited. The entire family is in our prayers.

The loss of a child is one of the hardest things for a parent to endure. My condolences are with you as you grieve. It's wonderful to know that in the near future our Creator assures us that "death will be no more." Until that time arrives may your memories bring you comfort.

Shashi and our daughter, Paige, met at Auburn. When we met Shashi, she stole our heart.  Sweet, funny, beautiful, smart are just a few adjectives that describe her.  We so enjoyed her cute and original Christmas cards.  We'd always show them to our friends and family and told them all about Shashi. We are in shock and so sorry.
