William F. Acampora of Alexandria, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 3rd, 2025. Bill, born August 3rd, 1942, to the late Anthony and Katherine F. Acampora, dedicated over 40 years to the Government Printing Office in DC before his retirement. Prior to this, he served as a firefighter in Arlington County. Bill is survived by his three children: William A. (Jennifer) Acampora, Tina M. (Robert) Gentry, and Jessica Acampora Green; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, Mildred Acampora. Funeral services will be private, with burial in Pennsylvania. Memorial donations may be made to the American Lung Association.
