Collette was a good friend when we were growing up. She and I both rode horses, she had a tall dark thoroughbred looking horse. There was a racetrack on someone’s property behind our elementary school. Her dad (I think) had gifted her a real racing saddle. We’d line up the horses and let them rip around the track. These were the days of Seattle Slew greatness - so lots of pretending. Collette was one of my friends who never put on the mean girl act. She was even, and kind, and funny. I’m sad to know she is gone from here, but know she’s with all of us.

Collete became my friend when she became my dog sitter. She was always so loving and thoughtful and helped our family so much. I will miss our conversations and friendship.

I first met Colette through the non profit organization, gleaners. I always enjoyed all my time with her there. Then, we learned we both loved horses! Im thankful I got to share a few rides with her and her horse. Most of all, we are Sisters in Christ. We will see each other again! I love Colette and her family.

We worked together two times through out our lives. During our CWU years, we worked in Ellensburg at the Blue Grouse and then in Marysville with EGA. We always laughed. We felt so blessed to be with each other again in Marysville. Work was constant fun with you.
Collette: you never spoke badly of others; you were always a kind, loyal, godly friend. Oh my sweet, fun friend, I will miss you. RIP sweet Collette.

I only got to know her for 11 short years, but I am so grateful for them. God gave her to me as friend and sister in Christ. We camped together, went to concerts and went shooting together and we had bible study together. She was in my small group which actually became my family. We lived life together, I could confide in her and she was always a great listener. Her smile and laugh were contagous. I love her and I will miss her dearly. Until we meet again my friends.
