

She was born in Kirkwood, MO, on August 16, 1990, the daughter of Glen and Mary Ann (Fehlker) Perry.
Loving daughter of Glen and Mary Ann Perry; dear sister of Zach Perry; beloved granddaughter of Martha and the late William Fehlker and the late James F. and Marcella M. (Springer) Perry; dear niece, cousin, and friend to many.
Being the first girl at Crystal City high school to score over a 1,000 points, four time all conference and two time all district, in basketball, Doe Run Classic MVP 2006, Valle Catholic all tournament team 2006.
Alex Perry was a tremendous force on the mound for Crystal City. In her 4 years as a starting player, she led the team to their first District Title as a freshman. Her career pitching stats where outstanding, posting a win loss record of 57-25, an ERA of 1.58, and 578 total strikeouts. All of which are school records. As a hitter, she was just as dangerous. Alex had a career 511 BA, 578 OB%, 798 SLG%, 158 total hits, 128 R, 97 RBI and struck out only 15 times in 4 years.
Alex was a great softball player and because of her career stats, she was named to the All-Conference and All-District team all four years and the All-Region team 3 years. As a senior, she was named to the All-Metro Honorable Mention team, 2nd Team All-State as a pitcher, All-Conference Co-MVP and softball Dream Team that is given to only 5 players a year.
Like her records that she set at Crystal City they may never be broken, like the smiles she put on everyone’s face. Thank you for all the short but great memories.
In her college days, softball, win loss 36/17, ERA 1.77, total strike out 210, BA 375 OB% .422 RBI's 71. Alex was also named to the all district all conference and named 3rd team All American.
Alex was a great competitor, teammate, leader and mentor.
Funeral services will be 1:30 P.M. Wednesday, Decemeber 7, at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd., Arnold, where the family will receive friends Tuesday from 1:00-8:00 P.M. Interment in Shepherd Hills Cemetery, Barnhart, MO.
