Bobby Lee Thompson Sr.

Bobby Lee Thompson Sr., age 83, of Imperial, Missouri passed away on Sunday, November 5, 2023. Bobby was born on November 2, 1940 in Collinwood, TN to the late Herschel and Violet (nee Brewer) Thompson; beloved husband of Margaret Ann Thompson; loving father of Betty Ann (Kevin) Charney and Bobby Lee (Terry) Thompson Jr.; loving grandfather of Jennifer (Dan) Ferris, Dawn Charney, Justin Thompson and Joseph Thompson; great grandfather of Paige Ferris, Maya Ferris, Lexi Miller and Ryker Miller; dear brother of James Thompson, Jimmy Dale Thompson, Larry Thompson, Delia Brown, Drew Thompson, Charles Ray Thompson and the late Coy H. Thompson, Charles Thompson, Dexter "Ray" Thompson, Vera Jean Poyner, Sharon "Kay" Carter, Leta Joyce Thompson and Jerry Thompson; dear uncle and friend to many.

Bobby was a lifetime member of PGA Partners Club, an avid golfer and a member of the Killers Bee's. He was Plant Manager in the Aerospace Industry. He enjoyed bowling and bowled a 300 game and was a lifelong St. Louis Cardinals Fan.

A visitation for Bobby will be held Thursday, November 9, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd, Arnold, MO 63010. Funeral service will be celebrated Friday, November 10, 2023,11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment Shepherd Hills Cemetery, 1925 Old Highway M., Barnhart, MO 63012. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
