Marks, Benjamin L. “Butch” on January 13, 2016, died the way he lived, on his own terms at Missouri Baptist Medical Center. Adored husband of 54 years to Carol Marks; cherished father of Richard (Rita) Marks, Beth (Gene) Manis, Melissa (Brad) Bishop and Angie (Andy) Wanner; beloved grandfather of Jesse Manis, Gregory (Claire) Marks, Jaclyn (Tom) Mattli, Erica and Andrew Marks, Jake and Mackenzie Manis, Zach and Zoe Bishop; dear uncle and father figure to Shane (Ronda) Eames; adopted daddy to his beloved black lab, Frank and Henry the beagle.
Memorial service will be celebrated on Wednesday January 20, 2016, 11:30 am at St. John Church, 15800 Manchester Rd. Ellisville, Mo. Interment will follow at National Cemetery, Jefferson Barracks, Mo. with full military honors. Visitation will held at the church from 10:00 am until time of memorial service.
