Eleanor Theresa Cox (nee Bessette) of Arnold, Missouri passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2011 at the age of 76. Beloved wife of Billy J. Cox. Loving mother of David (Bonnie) Cook, Elizabeth (the late Richard) Thomas, Nancy (Tomas) Banda, Dixie (Walter) Hoekstra and Paul (Migdalia) Cook. Dear sister of Millie (Francis) Mott, Isabelle (the late Leo) Raymond and the late Alberta Johnson. Dearest grandmother of 11 and great grandmother of 35. Preceeded in death by 1 great great grandson. Our dear sister-in-law, aunt, great aunt, cousin and dear friend to many.
Eleanor was a member of Becker-Meyer-Becker VFW Post 2593 Ladies Auxiliary and a volunteer for the Arnold Food Pantry for over 20 years.
Funeral service to be held at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd., Arnold, Missouri on Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Interment St. Paul Churchyard.
