Henry Clifford Van Meter, Sr. passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by family, on June 27, 2014 at the age of 72. Beloved husband of Kathleen D. Van Meter (nee Loerch). Loving father of Linda, Henry (Gina), Cynthia and Lawrence (Melissa) Van Meter. Brother of Lawrence (Pat), Sherry and Helen Van Meter. Adoring grandfather of Nichole (Vijay) Janardhan, Christopher Heitman, Jeremy (Ashley) Van Meter, Sabrine and Levi Gomez, Travis Richardson, Mariah (Ricky) Woods, Dalton and Jake Roney, Samantha VanMeter and Maka la Roney and great grandfather of Christopher, Camren, Tejas Janardhan, Brooke Van Meter and Willow Woods.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29, 2014, 4-8:00 p.m. at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd., Arnold, Mo. Funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30, 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home Interment immediately following at Mount Hope Cemetery, Lemay, Mo. In lieu of flowers, contributions to The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society greatly appreciated.
