Jason is survived by; son Jason Linn; father Edward Canada; sister Melissa Canada, sister Jenifer Canada and sister Sarah Cohen; stepfather Dr. Ray Cohen, stepmother Kim Canada and life partner Stacey Hubbard.

Jason was preceded in death by; mother Donna Cohen (nee De Guire); brother Nicholas Canada.
