Jimmie J. McCormick of DeSoto, MO. passed away on Monday, October 29, 2018. Loving husband of Karen Marie (nee Walther) McCormick; loving father of Jacob Eugene McCormick of DeSoto, MO., Becky McCormick-Bunch of Eureka, MO., Jamie Samantha McCormick of DeSoto, MO. and the late Douglas Paul Schroeder; dear grandfather of Justin Lee Bunch and Elijah Eugene McCormick; brother of Donna (Michael) Yarbrough; son of the late Eugene Leo and Eleanor Laura (nee Obermeyer) McCormick.

Jimmie was a St. Louis County Police Officer for over 41 years.

Visitation will be held on Friday November 2, 2018 from 10:00 am-1:00 pm at the Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home 1081 Jeffco Blvd. Arnold, MO. Funeral service will be follow at !:00 pm in the funeral home chapel. Interment Shepherd Hills, Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Backstoppers.
