ROGERS, Lena Mae Barbara (nee McBroom), 77, of Dexter, MO passed away peacefully into the arms of her Lord on Monday, January 16, 2017. She was the beloved daughter of the late Fielder Samuel McBroom and the late Eunice McBroom (nee Pippin). Lena was the loving mother of Michael (Lee Ann) Shaw, Tracy (Laura) Shaw and the late Kevin Shaw. She was the beloved grandmother of Amanda (David) Purdom, Adam Shaw, Grace Shaw, Trey Sheehan, Logan Sheehan, Charlotte Sheehan, Brandon McCleod, Katie (Caleb) Petre, Miranda (Cameron) Wilfong, Stephen Shaw and the late Kevin Shaw. She was the dear great grandmother of Natalie Purdom, Savannah Purdom, Meredith Purdom, Greyson Purdom, Alexi Shaw, Layla Petre and Ryder Petre.
SERVICES: A visitation will be offered from 3-6 p.m. on Friday, January 20, 2017 at Heiligtag- Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco, Blvd. Arnold, MO 63010. Following the visitation, there will be a service in the funeral home at 6:00 pm. A private interment will be held at a later date.
