Billy Paul Boyd

He was preceded in death by his wife, Marion Morrison Boyd; parents, Susie and Starlin Perry Boyd; brothers, Wheeler Boyd and Tommy Boyd; and sisters, Berchie Oakley and Velva Winston. Billy is survived by his children, John Michael Boyd (Susan), Jay Morrison Boyd (Lynn) and Perri Boyd Toombs (Troy); grandchildren, Michele Witherow (John), Michael Boyd, Megan Mittendorff (Kenny), Morgan Boyd, Matthew Boyd, Jacob Toombs, and Zachary Toombs; and great-grandchildren, Chase Boyd, Lacy Witherow, and J.J. Witherow.

The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at Taylorsville Baptist Church, 15415 Taylorsville Rd., Doswell, Va. 23047 where a funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Taylorsville Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Doswell Ruritan Club, Taylorsville Baptist Church, or the Doswell Fire Department.
