Oh, my, such important shoes to fill without Debbie's excellence at FNBC.  I will miss you my dear, both in teasing you and encouraging you through some challenges these past few years.  You were diligent in supporting the work of my office and making me look like I knew what was going on, which I didn't without your immediate feedback for my questions.  I am sorry for this loss for both of your families, your relations-people and those young work colleagues who will keep up best they can and remember you with their work and their laughter.

I am so sorry to hear of Debbie's passing.   I met her several times at insurance meetings, she was always fun to talk to (especially if you can make insurance fun!!)  She was an expert in her field of work.  I know she will be missed by colleagues, family, and friends.   My condolences go out to her family during this time of loss.  

I've known Debbie for a number of years since we attended Friendship Baptist Church.  She was a phenominal softball player.  She played hard and competed, but always with great sportsmanship and class.   After leaving Friendship, our paths crossed again at FNBC, where she began a career in the insurance business.  She was a breath of fresh air, always helpful and doing everything she could to make my job easier.  Her professionalism and efficiency in helping agents certainly made  our jobs a little more pleasant.  Her sense of humor and sincerity could not go unnoticed.   Both professionally and from a personal level, she will be sorely missed.  RIP, my friend.

My last connection with Debbie was August 21-23 via email concerning a business question. As usual, Debbie responded to my inquiry with quick efficiency along with a personal kind word. Even though I moved to Hawaii over 4 years ago, Debbie still remained the same, sweet and dependable person.

I had no idea that these were Debbie's last days and deeply feel her loss. I wish I could reach across the desk to give her one last hug and to tell her how much I appreciated her.  

My family and I send our deepest condolences to Debbie's loved ones and family. She always brightened my day whenever I met her in person or spoke on the phone. Her caring and kind personality shone like a bright star. She will be sorely missed by all those who knew and loved her.
