

Dianne was born to the late Louis Turner and Blanche Turner (Howard) in Washington, DC where she spent most of her childhood. She was the first born of two children to bless their union.
Dianne graduated from Anacostia High School in 1964 when she met her first husband the late Raymond E. Bradford, with their union they had four children. They moved to Caroline County in 1971 where she resided for the duration of her life. Dianne lost her first husband Raymond E. Bradford in 1980. In 1981 Dolly Mae introduced her to the love of her life the late Floyd Inge. They married in 1982 and resided at 30005 Richmond Turnpike, Ruther Glen, VA, where she resided until she went to be with the Lord.
She worked as a mail carrier for the United States Postal Service for over 20 years, where she retired. During her retirement, Dianne took classes in Horticulture.
Dianne was an active member of Bethel Church, where she was a treasurer for many years. She also attended Concord Baptist Church.
Dianne was an avid gardener, she loved her flowers and had a green thumb. She also loved to travel with her late husband Floyd. Dianne took on a hobby of tole painting, if ever there was a blank space, she would paint on it. Dianne enjoyed spending time at her cottage in Reedville VA, where she could unwind the everyday routine of life by laying out on the beach sunbathing and reading a book.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Blanche Turner, husbands, Raymond E. Bradford and Floyd Inge, daughter, Wendy G. Sutherland, grandchildren, Lacey and Joseph Sutherland.
Left to cherish her memory are her son, George Troy Bradford (Becky),daughter, Pamela Dale Bryant (Stanley Jackson),son, Raymond Todd Bradford (Nicole); her brother, Gregory Turner (Barbara), her grandchildren, James M. Bradford, Henry L. Bryant III (Rachel), Christine R. Kirkland, Jessica Bradford, Mathew S. Bryant, Daniel D. Bradford; her great-grandchildren, J.B. Bradford, Lily Bradford, Wendy Bradford, Serenity Bradford, Ronan Bradford, Alizah Bryant, Thiago Bryant, Abrielle Bryant and Brooks Kirkland, , a niece, two nephews, and a host of relatives and friends and her beloved Amazon parrot, Jose.
A visitation for Dianne will be held Tuesday, December 31, 2024 from 12:00 PM until her funeral service at 1:00 PM at Bethel Church, 17380 Dawn Blvd, Hanover, VA 23069. A committal service will follow at Signal Hill Memorial Park, 12360 Hanover Courthouse Rd, Hanover, VA 23069.
