Elizabeth Irene Glass Coates went to be with her Lord on July 8, 2018. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Willard Coleman Coates, Jr. She is survived by her loving daughter, Barbara Coates Doyle and John D Doyle Jr. (son-in-law); son Bounkham "Boonie" Keosombath (Ketmany); devoted granddaughters, Brittany Logan and Amber Nicole Doyle; brother, Martin Glass (Marie); cousins Charlie Litchford, Carol Litchford and Debra Bellomy. Known to friends and family as Liz, she was an incredibly selfless woman, constantly put others before herself, especially her granddaughters. A woman of many special talents, she had a particular gift for wood carving, specifically figurines of angels. Above all, she loved and cared for her family all the days of her life. She remained steady in her faith and her love of the Lord. The family wishes to thank all of the friends who came to visit and showed their love to Liz, especially in times of illness.
