Everett was a loving son, husband, father, and grandfather. He is predeceased by his father Everett V. Hale Sr.
Everett is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 32 years, Deborah Hale, and mother, June Dishman Hale of Ashland, VA. He is also survived by his son, Joseph Hale (Shanen); daughters, Kimberly Hale, Samantha Pope (Matthew), and Ashley Locastro (Gabe), grandchildren, Emma, Sara, and Adam Hale; and Ona Leone, Penny, and Savannah Pope; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws.
Everett is a graduate of Patrick Henry High School, class of 1978, and spent 34 years in his career as a produce manager for Ukrops Supermarkets in Richmond Va. Everett enjoyed spending time with family and going fishing. He will be missed by many.
A memorial service for Everett will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at Nelsen Funeral Home - Reid Chapel, 412 S. Washington Hwy., Ashland, VA 23005.
