Bailey, James “Tim”, 61, of Ashland, passed away on June 1, 2014. He was preceded in death by his father, James T. Bailey. He is survived by his mother, Agnes M. Bailey; daughter, Jillion Taylor Creasy (Steven); Brothers, Steve and David Bailey; grandchildren, Emerson and Reagan Creasy. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm on Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at the Nelsen Funeral Home, Reid Chapel, 412 S. Washington Hwy., Ashland, VA. Interment will be private.
