SHULTZ, Mildred Rose, 89, of New Port News, passed away on March 17, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Raymond Shultz and her daughter, Susan K. Shultz. She is survived by her family. A graveside service will be held at 2pm on Monday, March 21, 2016 at River View Cemetery in Richmond, VA.
