Whitlow, Rinert Stacey “Ronnie”, 76, of Montpelier, VA, passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on May 7, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents, Stacey and Lucille; and his sister, Shirley Kinney. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, JoAnn Whitlow; his children, David Whitlow, Donna Campbell (Danny), and Troy Whitlow (Sherry); 7 grandchildren, Justin, Brittany, Hagan, Danielle, Michelle, Kelsey and Riley; and 2 great grandchildren, Ariana and Marley. He is also survived by his brother, Howard Whitlow; and sisters, Rachel Powell and Linda Anderson. Ronnie retired from the United States Postal Service and later found his passion flipping and renting homes. He was loved by many and will be missed greatly. A celebration of life service will be held at Nelsen Funeral Home in Ashland on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at 11am.
