Obituary of Robert Edward Browning
Robert Edward Browning, 33, of Henrico, passed away on June 23, 2019. Robert graduated from Henrico High School in 2004. He truly enjoyed poetry, writing songs, and playing the guitar. Robert is survived by his parents Shawn and Wanda Rutledge; and his siblings, Jason Harvey Browning, Laurence, Martine, Hunter, and Jessica. A memorial service is being held at 11:00am on Saturday, July 13, 2019 at Nelsen Funeral Home, 412 S. Washington Hwy, Ashland.
