Tignor, Steven Douglas, 52, of Mechanicsville, was called home on Tuesday, April 22, 2014. He was preceded in death by his father, Alvin L. Tignor. He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Gwenn G. Tignor; two children, Douglas Lee Tignor (Adriene) and Stacy Nicole Tignor; and one brother, David Alan Tignor (Jodi). Steven was a loving husband and a devoted father. He was also a member of Glenwood Golf Course, a game he loved among other sports, to all of his friends “Ball”. A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, April 27, 2014 at his home from 1:00 to 4:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to Hanover Humane Society.
