Allan Scarrow

Allan is survived by his wife, Sue (Drozda), his daughter, Kris (Crystal) and son, Lawrence, sisters Dyanna Lewis (Edward) and Veronica Dickinson (Michael) and his niece and nephew and extended family. He is predeceased by his wife Patricia (Green) and his parents, Howard and Dorothy Scarrow.

Allan was born in Rockglen and attended high school in Assiniboia. He graduated from STI in Moose Jaw and worked at SaskTel until his retirement. He lived and worked in the Eston and Prince Albert areas.

Allan was active in his community and church. He was an avid gardener. He enjoyed helping out local farmers. He was especially fond of trucks and tractors.

Allan married Patricia Green on March 14, 1970. After her death in 2013, Allan moved back to his roots in Rockglen. During the pandemic, on July 3, 2020, Allan married Sue Drozda. Sue and Allan were active in taking local church services and other community activities.

Celebration of Life for Allan will be held Saturday, May 6, 2023 at 2:00 pm at the Wesley United Church, 1010 2nd St. North, Rockglen. Linda Kirby presiding. Lunch and Fellowship to follow at the Drop-In-Centre, 1016 Main St., Rockglen, SK. Interment service will be held at the Quantock Cemetery, at 1:00 pm, NE 35-02-01 W3rd, RM of Old Post. Donations in Memory of Allan, may be made to the Rockglen Community Orchard, (Town of Rockglen, PO Box 267, Rockglen, S0H 3R0).
