Darla and family, I am so sorry to hear of your Mom’s passing. I feel that I was so privileged to have gotten to know her and provide treatment and care over the last few years. Barb was always grateful, kind, forgiving, when we mixed up dates, and an true inspiration. She fought her battle with cancer in a way I only hope to emulate if ever the need arises. Her spirit was amazing. I have surely missed her visits to our chemo unit and yours Darla. It was always great to catch up. May your memories of her bring you comfort. With deepest sympathy to all of the family. ❤️ And hugs from Kathy.

Barb was my conduit to the happenings going on in Mossbank. I will miss her very much as she and I were classmates of the Mossbank High School Class of 1960. She remained a constant loyal friend of all of us. If you didn’t see Barb for 6 months, things just picked up where you last left them. Her family, friends and community were tightly interwoven into the fabric of her being.

My condolences to Butch and family.

I will be unable to attend this weekend in Mossbank for the celebration of her life, but Barb and her family will be in by thoughts and prayers.
