It is with great sadness the family announces that Fay Campbell (nee Johnson), age 81, passed away suddenly on Saturday, June 16, 2018. Fay was born May 2, 1937 on the family farm at Robsart, SK. Fay worked in the Bengough Health Centre, starting as an x-ray technician and soon earned the nick-name X-ray Fay. She loved curling and rarely missed a Blue Jays game or watching/listening to the Saskatchewan Rough Riders play. She will be greatly missed. Fay was predeceased by her husband Ralph (2003), parents Erick and Martha Johnson, parents-in-law Peter and Alma; sisters: Barb, Opal, Lee, Joyce and brother Merle. Fay leaves to mourn her loss, sons Jarvis (Kelly) and Currie (Lisa); grandchildren Ryan (Sam), Corey, Ryan and Mikayla and three great-granddaughters; in-laws: Marge (Merle) Johnson, John (Barb) Fritz, Victor (Irene) Kriwoken and numerous family and friends. Funeral service for Fay took place Friday, June 22, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Knox United Church, Bengough, SK with Reverend Isabella Frank officiating. Interment followed at Bengough, Cemetery, Bengough, SK. Donations in memory of Fay can be made to the Bengough Drop-In Centre.
