Our condolences to Mildred and family.
I have so many fond memories working with George when he was mayor of the Town of Coronach. He was a very special man.

To Mildred and the Quarrie family
Condolences to all of you during this time. I remember George from my days growing up in Fife Lake as our neighbour. As a kid George always seemed larger than life to me. I also had the opportunity to get to know him as an adult when I worked alongside him at the Pool elevator. I have good memories of that time with George. To this day when I hear someone mention wild ones I think of George as he often used the phrase when looking at a grain sample “someone let the wild ones in”

We send our sincerest condolences to you Mildred and all your family.

I feel so blessed to have four wonderful uncles in my life.

I remember watching The Friendly Giant as a little girl and thinking how much he reminded me of you. As my sister Debbie mentioned, you always had a larger-than-life presence, and that is something I will always remember about you.

I cherish the memories of our family gatherings, the Easter visits, and the time we spent camping together. One of my fondest memories is the last time I saw you, when Dad, Liam, and I were driving out to BC as I was moving here. You and Aunt Mildred welcomed us so warmly and opened your home to us, and we had such a wonderful visit.

You will be deeply missed, Uncle George, but you will always hold a special place in my heart.

Please say hi to Uncle David for me when you see him. ❤️

Love you, Uncle George. Rest peacefully. ❤️

Farewell to a dear old friend !! George made quite an impression on many people over the years. He was our 4-H Leader many years ago instilling countless numbers of values on young members some of which we still carry today. Our thoughts and prayers are with you Mildred and family during this sad time. Leonard and Viola Daniel

Our deepest condolences to Mildred and family. We will remember George for his community involvement, his love for his family, and his devotion to the Coronach Catholic parish.
He will be missed by many. ❤️

Our condolences to George’s family. George was part of the Sask Wheat Pool ‘old guard’ and certainly a memorable co-worker to Arnold, who worked for the Service Centre in Assiniboia. Later on we had the pleasure of connecting with George again when he was at Sherwood Forest helping/visiting at Greg’s place there. Such an interesting, interested, larger than life guy. We remember him with fondness.

Mildred and Families our deepest condolences to all you. Hold onto the memories George was a great man!

Gay and Blair Wilderman

To Mildred and family. Heartfelt prayers and condolences to all of you. George left a legacy of kindness, heartfelt humor, and family pride that lives on in his children of today. I cherish those memories growing up beside them in the play days of Fife Lake.

Some are hard to say goodbye to and George is certainly one of those. When I think of Coronach George & Mildred come to mind. Whatever function we came for they were almost always there. George with his big smile and Mildred always by his side waiting for her hug. Special family friends George you will be missed dearly. To his family dwell on the many memories and share some laughs. Hugs to all.

George was a wonderful brother-in-law. I have know him since I was14 years old. I was a brides maid in their wedding party, an honour that I still think of to this day.
When I was a little older and dealing with some difficult personal issues, George was the only person that reached out. I will never forget that. It made me realize what an amazing man he was and why I loved him as much as I did. George got hold of the name Shultzi off aTV show and that was my name from then on.
As the years went by I married Bob Carlyle and had three girls. Bob’s job took us out west. This was fortuitous, as Bob got to know Mildred and George and loved them both
Our families would spend time together camping and visiting, and would always find time to spend Easter with mom and dad. As the years went by we spent as much time as we could talking on Facebook.
We will miss you and love you forever Shirley and Bob
Your angels are waiting for you❤️❤️❤️

Rest in Peace Uncle George.
You will always hold a special place in our family’s heart. Like Pamela, I have similar childhood memories of the wonderful camping trips and will always remember Uncle George as “larger than life.”
May the love you shared and the memories you made bring comfort and keep his spirit close to you always. Keeping you all in my thoughts and sending lots of love and prayers your way .
Love
Debbie

Remembering my Uncle George ❤️

When I think of you, I think of so many wonderful family memories — camping trips, birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, and all the celebrations we shared together. Those were special times that I will always hold close to my heart.

I remember your playful side, how you loved teasing my dad, picking up our family dog by the tail, and having that heavy foot on the gas pedal! 😂 You certainly gave us some stories to remember and moments that will make us smile for years to come.

I’ll always treasure the memory of you doing my toast to the bride on my wedding day. And, of course, I’ll never forget being your “Bam Bam.” ❤️ That was your special name for me, and it will always hold a special place in my heart.

It’s the little things, the laughter, the family stories, and the time we shared that mean the most. I wish we could have one more camping trip, one more family gathering, and one more chance to laugh together.

I love you and miss you, Uncle George. Thank you for the memories, the laughter, and for being such a special part of my life. I will always be your Bam Bam. ❤️💔

We are so sorry for your loss of a wonderful Dad. Our hearts break with you, and for your family.
Love you, Trev, Cher and Annie

Sending heartfelt condolences to Mildred ,Bob, Bonnie ,Greg Jeff and families on the loss of your husband and Dad.
Treasure the beautiful memories of the long wonderful life he lived❤️
