Mrs. June Alderson

April 12 1940 - June 13 2025

It is with heavy hearts that the family announce the passing of June Alderson, of Bengough, SK at the age of 85.

June was a trucker’s wife and a stay-at-home mom enjoying cooking, baking, sewing, knitting and crocheting. Once her children became of school age, June started her career as a hostess at Tim Hortons, working her way up the ranks to become manager and running three very successful stores in Barrie, Ont.

June is predeceased by husband and the love of her life Roy, two sons Morgan Nergard and Karin Nergard, her sisters Stella, Dianna, Shirley and parents Clarence and Pearl.

She is survived by sister Gloria (Wayne) Fister of Drayton valley Ab, her daughter Brenda Nergard (Bill) of Barrie ON, and son Jason Alderson (Rose) Dartmouth NS; grandchildren Troy of Barrie, ON, Jessie James of Calgary AB, and Krystal of Barrie, ON; three Great-Grandsons Xavier and Jeremiah (mother Char), and Trent, brother-in-law Albert Hanson, many nieces and nephews but special thanks to niece Wendy and Calvin Schaf for all your help and being there for mom till the end.
