Milson Eugene Harris

Milson Harris, of Regina, SK, formerly of Big Beaver, passed away December 21, 2025 at the age of 89 years.

Milson was born on October 8, 1936 to Thomas and Mabel Harris in Coronach Sk. He was raised on the family farm near Big Beaver and didn’t fully retire from the farm life until the past year.

If Milson wasn’t on the farm he was sure to be found at a local jam session playing music, tearing up a dance floor or plucking away on the keyboard in his living room.

If you were lucky enough to know Milson you will remember him for his charismatic personality, his humour and his work ethic as he could out work anyone whether it be in the field, working cows or fixing fence.

Milson lived a full and meaningful life. Known for his kindness and approachability, he touched the lives of many and made friends wherever he went.

He will be deeply missed by his family and all who knew him.

Milson is survived by his children, Sharlene, Mathew (Zina), Danial and Stephen, his sister Maureen (Grant) Wirth, his sweet friend Ingrid Morrison as well as his grandchildren, Steven (Alyssa), Robyn (Zach), Jayde (Kylin), Brooks and Garrett (Janaya); and his great grandchildren, Watson, Walker, Hayes, Sawyer and Conway.

He is predeceased by parents, Thomas and Mabel, brother Stewart (Muriel), sister Glenda Boyle and great-granddaughter Emersyn.

A Celebration of Milson’s life will be held in April of 2026 in the Big Beaver Community Hall. Lunch and fellowship to follow the Interment at Buffalo Gap Cemetery, Coronach, SK.
