Lovena Doty Love

Lovena Doty-Love was born on a Tuesday in Paducah Texas in October 1923 and passed peacefully at the family ranch in Atascadero, CA on Tuesday August 26, 2014, she was 90 years young. Lovena was a huge presence in her family’s lives, a true example of a heroic woman. She was the Boss and Matriarch of the family, a woman you could confide in and trust with all of your deepest secrets. She is our past, our present and our future. She was our "leader" in prayer on family holidays, and the one you could always count on making sure everything came together properly. Forever memories were made at her beloved Santa Margarita home of over 50 years that will forever be cherished by her family and friends. Survived by her Sister Agatha Carey, Grandchildren, Cindy Dallaire, Melissa Stack, Tara Dunn, Bob Doty, Jess Doty; 18 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Granddaughters Emma and Jayde. Proceeded in Death by: Husbands Robert Doty 1940-1984 and Max Love 6/2000- 2/2001, Son's John & Jim Doty, Sisters Mavette and Geneva and Brothers Wayne and Earnie. A service memorial will be held at the Chapel of the Roses on Tuesday September 2, 2014 at 11:00am followed by a reception at the Santa Margarita Community Center.
