McManus, Regina Clare, AKA Bunny, 78, of Paso Robles, CA passed away on Christmas Day. Regina was born in 1936 in Washington DC, to parents Mary and Theodore Miller. As a child, Regina loved dancing and being outdoors. She was very artsy as a young woman, enjoying arts and crafts, as well as poetry.
Regina was a homemaker in every sense of the word. She had seven children. Her love of arts and crafts followed her from her youth through her final days, as her daughter just found a poem in her purse that was for her children. Regina will be remembered for her quick wit, and her intelligent personality. Anyone who knew her will fondly remember her for that trait.
Regina is survived by her children: Walter (Melanie) Walser, Susan Walser, Michael (Kelly) Walser, Joe Bales, Marjorie (Crit) Turner, and Ronelle (Russell) Gillett. She is also survived by her grandchildren James McRoberts, Richard Gillett, Randy Gillett, Maria McManus, Shana Bales, Billy Bales, Heather Bales, Roger Walser and Regina Walser. She was preceded in death by her husband, George McManus and son Don Bales.
A celebration of her life will be held at Chapel of the Roses on Saturday, January 3, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. A reception will immediately follow at the Paso Robles Moose Lodge, 2548 Spring Street in Paso Robles, CA.
