Mr. Parsons was born April 30, 1969 to Nolan Parsons and Joann Rucker Parsons.
He is survived by his two sons Jonathan Colby Parsons, Timothy Joseph Parsons, one daughter Katlin Mare Parsons, sister Nicki Parsons, one brother Clay Parsons, two nephews Christopher and David Parsons, and one niece Anna Hargrove, one grandson Travis Carter Parsons and one granddaughter Alaya Parsons and several nieces and nephews.
