Lucille Green

Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.

Visitation will be Saturday June 30, 2012 from 6-8 P.M. at McConnell Funeral Home.

Mrs. Green passed away on Thursday June 28, 2012 at her residence.

She was born May 22, 1930, in Limestone County to Ruben Morgan and Verda Morgan. She was retired from Calhoun Community College. She was a homemaker, loved to cook, sew and gardening. She was a member of Greenbrier Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Floyd O. Green and one son Gary Dewayne Green.

She is survived by her one son Floyd Don Green and wife Martha of Somerville, AL; three daughters Sandra Annette Montgomery and husband Earl of Belle Mina, AL, Anita Green of Belle Mina, AL, Connie Green Millwood and husband Randy of Blountsville, AL; one Daughter-in-Law Gloria Green of Decatur, AL; one sister Martha Kelley of Athens, AL; seven grandchildren Tara Murphy and husband Randy, Donnie Green and wife Melissa, Seth Green and wife Whitney, Dana Brown and husband Tommy, Amber Montgomery, Morgan Montgomery, and Jackson Millwood; and 6 great-grandchildren.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Caretaker Linda Marsh, Hospice of N.A., and Mid South Health Care.

Pallbearers will be Grandsons and Nephews.
